Transitioning to ISO 9001:2015

Are you responsible for transitioning your quality management system to ISO 9001:2015? Have you delayed your implementation because you are not sure how to implement the changes? Have you completed a gap analysis yet?
This presentation will share the tools we used and tips we learned to assist us in an easy transition. It will focus on how we addressed the revised process auditing and risk requirements, and other helpful tips.
Sandi Mohr earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Management from The Defiance College, Defiance, OH. She has over 30 years’ experience in various Quality Assurance Roles in Automotive, Manufacturing and Service Industries.
Sandi is currently the Quality Manager for ABB Inc., TRES U.S. (Transformer Repair and Engineering Solutions) based out of St. Louis, MO. She was responsible for the merging of the quality systems from the various TRES U.S. locations into one Business Management System for the U.S. Product Group. They recently received their Corporate Certificate of Registration to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard in July 2016.
Sandi is a senior member of ASQ, and has been a member of this section the last two years. She is currently the ASQ St. Louis Membership Chair. Prior to relocating to the greater St. Louis area she was very active in the ASQ Central Mississippi Section, serving as membership chair, vice-chair, and multiple terms as section chair. She holds two ASQ certifications; Quality Auditor (CQA) and Quality Engineer (CQE).
