Tuesday, Apr 15, 2014 APICS/ASQ Joint Meeting

Learn all about lean leadership from a leading lean instructor.

Organizations have spent significant time and resources implementing Lean principles in their supply chains and businesses at large. However, the focus on process and Lean tools has left some organizations struggling to see long term sustained results. Join Robert as he discusses the most important part of any Lean initiative, the importance of creating Lean Leaders who understand and focus on the power of people.

Robert will outline the key differences of Lean Leadership and traditional leadership. As well, Robert will show how true sustained results can be achieved by creating problem solving cultures where people are engaged in the business to continuously improve processes across the entire supply chain.

Note: This is a joint meeting with the Association for Operations Management (APICS) and ASQ.
