Connection of Radical Innovation to Leadership Readiness
Leadership readiness during the COVID19 pandemic and post pandemic into the 21st century is inextricably linked to radical innovation. The connection of radical innovation to leadership readiness takes on greater connotation coming out of a global pandemic. Why is radical innovation a key to survival, competitive advantage, and sustainability? The impact on quality across all business sectors is paramount particularly in industries that must operate under regulatory compliance.
Questions Surrounding Leadership Readiness
COVID19 reared its ugly head in late 2019 and unleashed its fury in 2020. The virus did not go to rest in 2020 but continued unleashing its fury into 2021. The global disruption was brutal on all levels from personal to business. What impact did it have on the pharmaceutical/biotechnology business sectors? How did the virus impact quality in many other business sectors? How is leadership readiness connected to radical innovation and the pandemic? Does leadership readiness matter? How do organizations support quality during a period of great disruption as we have experienced on an unprecedented scale the past 22 months? Why did some organizations survive the disruption while others faltered or were decimated during the pandemic?
