Ellen Gragg
Ellen Gragg is a writer and speaker experienced in both software validation and in project management, and has been active in the ASQ Software and Audit Divisions. She has been a project manager for over twenty years, beginning with her work in the training / instructional design industry. Her work in software validation began as a natural outgrowth of her writing work at a pharmaceutical company. She has continued to work in software quality within the life sciences industry because she passionately believes in its importance as one way of protecting consumers from product flaws.
Ellen has just joined the IT Solution Management Division of Permobil Global and provides training for the PMP certification test through her company, Cobalt Content Group. Ellen likes training, teaching, and writing instructional manuals because she likes to help people understand complex subjects and do things better. Whatever her job title, whatever her official duties, she shares whatever knowledge she can and learns as much as anyone or anything is offering.
