 ASQ’s Quality Body of Knowledge (QBOK) Framework

What is the Quality Book of Knowledge (BOK)? More importantly, what is in the BOK?

ASQ has created and maintained the Quality Body of Knowledge (QBOK) for a number of years.  The QBOK’s purpose is to assist in the knowledge and professional development of the quality community.  In this presentation, we will explore the QBOK Foundation, discuss many of the topics included, and discover where to find additional information on QBOK items.

Dr. Mark Lynch

Mark Lynch is currently a team lead of an agile software development team providing software for the DoD’s Air Mobility Command located at Scott Air Force Base. over the last ten years Mark has been working as a contractor to the DoD as a team lead, system engineer and Project Manager. Before that, Mark owned is own Engineering consulting and specialty equipment manufacturing company servicing the silicon manufacturing industry.

Mark is a Senior Member of ASQ and has been a member of this section for seven years.  He as served as the Membership Committee Chair last year and is Vice Chair this year. He holds two ASQ Certifications:  Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Software Quality Engineer.
