Amit Kothari 24 Aug 2023 ASQ VIRTUAL 6PM Presentation

Thursday, August 24, 2023 VIRTUAL 6PM Presentation

Amit Kothari, CEO – Tallyfy

Is it possible to self-document any policy or procedure using generative AI?

Sometimes, the hardest part is documenting policies and procedures. In this presentation – we will cover how we’ve implemented the latest innovations in generative AI to help anyone document any policy or procedure.

In addition – we’ll cover controlling such assets, measuring engagement to see which ones are more popular (which is unknown today) to prove ROI from documentation efforts, and how “crowdsourced” feedback would work to improve a process from feedback in the field. Towards the end – we’ll also cover techniques to ease change management for actually executing and tracking processes in real-time, as opposed to just publishing processes and hoping somebody looks at them!

Amit Kothari

Amit is obsessed with making workflows easy to document, run and improve for teams of all sizes  through Tallyfy – which is workflow software that’s amazing and simple. Tallyfy empowers you to self-document any process using help from generative AI – without flowcharts, and without being an expert. You can then run it between people to track the status of every task in real-time.
Nobody likes busywork, so Tallyfy eliminates all those hours that people waste updating other people about the status of tasks, approvals and workflows. Amit has decades of practical experience in software and process improvement, and graduated with a Computer Science degree from the University of Bath. He’s originally British – and lives in St. Louis, MO.
