The COVID-19 pandemic has hit many businesses hard, but few harder than healthcare where organizations are struggling to meet budgets while caring for COVID and other patients. Sue is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with over 30 years of hospital experience leading a variety of areas including clinical laboratory, infection control, radiation oncology, palliative care and performance improvement. Current board member and past president of the Board of Directors for the Chippewa Valley Free Clinic. Past examiner and team leader for the Wisconsin Forward Award program that promotes performance excellence using the Baldrige Excellence Framework. Ex-U.S. Army Military Police Corps sergeant. 

2019-2022 ASQ Board of Directors member, 2020/2021 TCC Vice Chair, participant in or leader of various board committees; past chair of the Healthcare Division, and member of the joint QMD/HCD Healthcare Quality Improvement Committee.
