President at Watchdog Quality International. He has 47 years (domestic and international) experience working with international manufacturing like  Taiwan and China fitness equipment OEM’s. For the last 9 years he has been working as an independent consult for the fitness equipment industry. He has a BSME from University of Missouri – Rolla, an MBA from Maryville University and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
