Language to Engage: Shifting our Questions from Why to What

We are Quality. We lead. We strive for excellence.

How might our quest for perfection get in our way? What might we stop doing to lead more effectively?

This session will highlight lessons learned and discoveries from a 20-year Quality professional.

Designed to challenge your thinking about your leadership approach and help discover new ways of engaging individuals and teams, we’ll explore powerful questions to engage, align, and shape our quality culture.

Dawn will facilitate shared experiences to support the lessons learned and provide interactive exercises.
