Job Posting – Lean System Manager in Bridgeton, MO

Virbac has an opening for the right individual to join our team as a Lean System Manager in Bridgeton, MO.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure, promote and direct the implementation at the entire organization of the Virbac Lean system along with the corresponding concepts, methods and adapted organizations
Lean Supply Chain implementation
Lean Manufacturing implementation
Value Stream Mapping
Ensure teaching, training and coaching of the kaizen tools and lean methodologies
Ensure promotion of continuous improvement
Effective results oriented leader of the teams in helping to set and achieve significant efficiency gains, cost savings and streamlining of the operational and business processes
Eliminate waste and optimize/streamline operational processes and flow (physical and information) using Lean methodologies to reduce overall plant lead times and increase added value
Deployment of the corresponding methods and indicators (SMED, OEE, QRQC, JIT & pull flow, 5S, TPM, VSA)
Teaching, training and coaching of the different collaborators on the adapted behaviour and mindset, capacity to change and capacity to find ideas of improvement.
Ensure improvements and action plans generated during events are achieved and sustained.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
5 to 7 years of progressive experience in an industrial and supply chain environment with Lean implementation experience.
Strong expertise and experience in Lean systems (concepts, tools and methodologies) and Continuous improvement implementation
Ability to lead the cultural transformation to a Lean continuous improvement culture, including overseeing and implementing the Virbac Lean System and managing its Promotion to the Virbac US sites.
