Quality Assurance Manager

Summary Description:
Lead/manage all aspects of the Quality Assurance department, including development and implementation of robust processes utilizing Six Sigma and other Lean disciplines.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
  • Hands-on involvement in all aspects of Quality Assurance function..
  • Develop and manage performance of Quality Assurance personnel (salaried & hourly), taking corrective measures as appropriate.
  • Ensure controls are in place to maintain ISO, NADCAP, AS9100 rev. C  and other certifications.

Quality Engineer

I am searching for an engineer with an interest in furthering plant quality efforts in an entrepreneurial fab/assembly operation. Must be a down-to-earth adaptable person that enjoys involvement on a fast paced plant floor and who possesses the polish to represent the company professionally in periodic customer interaction. This is a high impact position in a highly profitable organization.

The person will write and manage supplier and customer non-compliances and corrective actions; meet with customers to explain the quality program; train quality production floor employees and help oversee new product development.

The qualified candidate will be a degreed engineer, have at least 1 or 2 years experience in plant quality and be familiar with COA’s and COC’s. This role would allow a motivated person to gain a lot of experience and exposure in a short period of time. The person will be located in their St. Louis facility and may visit their Indiana plant once or twice a month.
