Supplier Quality Assessment – from 0 to 80 in 2 years

Ameren’s Corporate Quality group is in its 2nd year of a critical supplier quality assessment program. The Program’s objective is to provide value, reduce both rework and risk, while supporting overall project goals. Ameren’s program consists of 4 phases; Supplier identification, Supplier program documentation review (desktop), Supplier quality process demonstration (on-site assessment) and defect/nonconformance performance monitoring (product/service).
